Your opportunity
The Beacon School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Manager to oversee the strategic management of school data and reporting systems. This is a pivotal role where you will ensure the accurate curation, storage, and analysis of data within the school's MIS (Bromcom), playing a key part in supporting informed decision-making across the school.
What we are looking for:
- A proven track record in managing data information systems
- Strong understanding of data management best practices, including GDPR compliance
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex data clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Experience of school based management information systems is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
- A proactive and organised individual with good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to develop new skills and adapt to new technologies
- You should be a flexible team player with an interest in developing further professionally

The Details
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract type: Permanent
Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2
Working pattern: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only plus one week (40 weeks per annum)
Annual Salary: £32,136 - £40,500 (FTE)
Actual Salary: £29,604 - £36,629 (based on hours and weeks of work)
